Destination weddings are extremey exciting to me. As someone whose greatest passions lie in both traveling and photography, it feels like a perfect match to merge these two together.
The idea of capturing the essence of a couple’s special day in a breathtaking location is incredibly fulfilling.

Typical Costs Related to Destination Weddings
For a destination wedding, the couple typically covers several costs for the photographer, separate to the photography fees. Here are some common expenses that couples often take care of:
+ Travel Expenses
This includes airfare or transportation to the wedding destination, as well as any necessary local transportation during the stay.
+ Accommodation Costs
The couple usually covers the cost of accommodations for the photographer during their stay at the destination. This may include a hotel room or rental property, depending on the arrangements.
+ Meals
Couples often provide meals for the photographer throughout their stay, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This ensures that the photographer has sustenance while working long hours capturing the wedding festivities.
+ Work-related Expenses
Any additional costs directly related to the photography services, such as parking fees, entrance fees to certain venues, or permits required for photography in specific locations, are typically covered by the couple.
Wedding Packages
The cost of the wedding packages will depend entirely on the requirements throughout the duration of the trip.

* All packages will include a pre-shoot scout so I can source the best photo spots and test the lighting and angles.
Example 1 – 3 day shoot
Day 1: Pre-wedding lunch or evening event to welcome guests and allow them to get to know one another before the big day.
Day 2: The wedding. Do you wish to have full-day coverage from the bridal preparations until the first dances?
Day 3: A closing event. Perhaps a BBQ at the beach in the afternoon or a day at a pool bar.
