Wedding Photography

I have been photographing weddings since 2011 and have loved every minute of it! Wedding season here on the island tends to run from May-October & December Christmas weddings. For the rest of the year, I was stuck with what to do with my spare time & I decided to make the decision to move to the UK to study!

I am thoroughly enjoying my time in the UK! I have met so many amazing people and I have been introduced to a different lifestyle after growing up here on the island. I study for half of the year and then come home to Lanzarote for the other half to do what I do best… Wedding photography!

My Dream Job?

I am starting to realise after making this move, that I can not see myself working another job. Wedding photography is slowly turning into my dream job. People put their complete confidence in you on their biggest day of their life, and whilst the pressure is on, I actually take complete joy out of the day. To me, the day is all about pleasing the couple and their guests, making sure everything is going smoothly and most importantly, making sure my couple are happy. I get so much joy seeing people so happy together, and knowing I am a part of their special day.

It’s a strange feeling, the day you receive the feedback from your bride and groom. Knowing that they are completely satisfied with your work, I don’t think there is another feeling like it.

I’m not sure where my road will take me, all I know is that I will never stop loving this job that I do! – I am truly living the best of both worlds!
